LIMITED ONE-YEAR WARRANTY

DAP Global Inc. warrants to the original purchaser for a period of one year that its product will perform to DAP published written product specifications, if used as directed. If the product fails to perform, call 888-DAP-TIPS and return the product and container with your sales receipt for either replacement product or a refund of the sales price, at DAP’s sole discretion. Any implied warranties, including the implied warranty of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are expressly limited to the duration of this limited written warranty. Incidental and consequential damages are expressly disclaimed and DAP’s maximum liability is limited to the amount of the original purchase price of the DAP product.  

LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY FOR MOLD, MILDEW AND ALGAE

In addition to the DAP Limited One-Year Warranty above, DAP Global Inc. warrants to the original purchaser that the product, when properly applied within one year of purchase, and under normal use, will remain free of mold, mildew, and algae during the lifetime of your home. If mold, mildew and/or algae appear when the product is used as directed within one year of purchase, provide evidence of mold, mildew and/or algae and sales receipt to DAP Global Inc., 2400 Boston Street, Suite 200, Baltimore, MD 21224 for replacement product or sales price refund, at DAP’s sole discretion. This limited warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied, including the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.  Incidental and consequential damages are expressly disclaimed and DAP’s maximum liability is limited to the amount of the original purchase price of the DAP product.
